Strong Start Virtual Summit has ended
In celebration of Early Intervention Day, The Warren Center is pleased to present the second annual Strong Start Virtual Summit! At this one-of-a-kind online learning experience child development experts will take a deep dive into a number of topics including brain development, enhancing language and motor skills, and building a child’s social-emotional skills.

Our keynote Mark Haynie is sure to inspire professionals and parents alike! His story about growing up with a disability will give you goosebumps and motivate you.

How to sign up:
To sign up for a session, you will need to make an account on Sched. Click on the sessions you are interested in, then click "sign up" to sign up for Sched or "log in" if you already have a Sched account near the event title. Once you sign up for a Sched account and fill out your profile information, (we recommend you toggle your account to "public" so we can see who’s attending), check mark the sessions you are interested in attending and it will add it to your schedule. Your schedule will then be e-mailed to you.

Sessions exclusively in Spanish feature a green tag under "filters".

The Pro Series session is available to all therapy providers.

Keynote Session - Living with a Developmental Difference: A Conversation with Mark Haynie
Mark S. Haynie engages, educates, and inspires with a candid discussion of transforming obstacles into assets.

Mark was born with a condition similar to Radial Aphasia; a birth defect that affects the radius bone, one of two long bones in the forearm. It includes defects where the bone is not present or shorter than usual. He has undergone multiple surgeries, six of which happened before the age of four years old. In this session Mark delivers an inspirational message to parents and supporters to never let anything hold you back -- and despite the challenges faced, your child, your family, and YOU can have a life full of joy and goodness.
